Julie Pham received her Masters degree in Chemistry at the University of Bristol (UK) in 2013. She then worked at Charles River in the drug discovery company BioFocus (UK), synthesising chemical series to validate and optimize lead drug targets. In 2015, she started her PhD within the IMMUNOSHAPE Marie Skłodowska-Curie Innovative Training Network at CIC biomaGUNE, where she is currently investigating S. mansoni O-glycans and their applications in CLR targeting.
